Our Story
Owners Nathan and Cassandra proudly opened the first Flourish Early Learning Centre in Penshurst in 2018. Since then, Flourish centres have extended to child care in Oakville NSW and child care in Watanobbi, NSW.
‘After operating a successful group of child care centres in Perth for the previous ten years, we wanted to create a child care service brand in NSW communities that provided an environment to fully support, care, nurture and educate young children.
We endeavour to provide childcare and early learning services of the highest standard. We personally hand pick educators who demonstrate passion and commitment; who respect the responsibility that they have in contributing to the healthy and happy development of young people.
Our Centre Directors are experts in the field of early childhood education and care. They are proven professionals who epitomise our philosophy and work closely with families to seek the best outcomes for their children.’
It takes a community to bring up a child. Our teams are an extension of the families of the children who attend. We share in precious moments and milestones. We listen to the individual needs of our families, offering support and building meaningful relationships.
With a wide variety of resources at the disposal of our educators, Flourish children delight in the wonderful, exciting and curious experiences that we offer them. We seek to create a homely environment where children feel a sense of belonging and pride. A safe place; where they are respected and celebrated as individuals and where learning, exploring and questioning is embraced and encouraged.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the amazing teachers at this center and the care that they have provided for my child. It’s so lovely to see my child run to give her teachers a kiss and cuddle in the morning. I know she’s in good hands! I also love that the teachers really go above and beyond to find fun and educational activities for the children.
This is such a great centre. The teachers and management take great care and interests in the kids. They create fun activities along with aiding the mental development. My little one looks forward to going to daycare, all in a matter of weeks. When she sees her bag out in the morning she’s all excited.
After moving from Canberra to Sydney, my husband and I worried we wouldn't be able to find a Daycare, with that small family feel. After viewing many centres around the area, we instantly knew Flourish ELC was for us. Our 20 month old was so impressed, she didn't want to leave! The centre Director, made us feel welcome straight away. Her bubbly, warm nature made us feel at ease, knowing our daughter was in good hands. The educators are all beautiful, happy people who clearly love what they do, everyday. Our daughter runs up to her educator at drop off and is so happy to see the morning activities set up ready to go. There's a huge outdoor undercover area, which is well utilised and is a favourite with our daughter. Not only has she become more confident within social environments, her speech and motor skills are developing rapidly. I couldn't speak more highly of this professional, warm and friendly centre.
