All of the staff were very welcoming right from my initial enrolment enquiry, and they were very responsive to all of the questions I had as a first time parent! Our son has now been attending Flourish for 9 months and he has developed and learnt so much in his time there! All of the educators are very caring and dedicated to what they do. They have been quick to respond to any requests or questions I have had, and I am always impressed by the learning experiences and activities that my son has the opportunity to engage in on his daycare days. The staff know all of the children by name, and are dedicated to getting to know them as individuals. They always take the time to share special moments from my son's day with us at pickup time. We love the big outdoor play areas at Flourish, and that the centre is not overly big. We are very confident that our son is cared for and nurtured at Flourish.

I'm so happy with my daughters center. I was hesitant going back to work after having my daughter. I enrolled her at 8.5 months old and the girls in Nursery... read more were very warm and asked me all about my daughters routine and what she likes and doesn't like. I checked in every now and again ( first time parent worries) and the girls were fully supportive and had all the information about my daughter day. Amanda the director called me after my daughters first week and asked how I was finding everything and if I needed any additional support which I really appreciated. My daughter is now almost two and she loves coming to school and interacting with her friends and educators. I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend this center to anyone.

Our 3 year old started at Flourish in July. It took her about two weeks to settle in and get used a new environment and now she loves attending. Almost every... read more week she has been excited to share with me about the activities and themes that are occurring at the service, the most recent themes being dinosaurs and the Olympics. The displays and activities the educators set up are amazing, and I say this as an educator myself! I can see that they are truly passionate about providing engaging and educational experiences for the children. She loves telling me about interactions she has with her educators as well, which gives me a good indication that there is bonding and connection occurring. The service utilises an app where we are able to see photos and journals about what she has participated in that day, as well as meal and sleep times. Overall we are very happy to have our little girl here and look forward to seeing her "Flourish".
